A fogged watch is caused by moisture entering (e.g. via pores or temperature fluctuations). Solutions:

Turn the watch over: Dial facing inwards, wear for 2 hours – body heat evaporates moisture.

Desiccant method: Store watch with silica gel packets in sealed containers until moisture is absorbed.

Lamp method: Place under a 40-watt lamp (15 cm distance), wrapped in a cloth, for 30 minutes to "bake".
